Monthly Subscription Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Billing Policy

Welcome to Wow Express INC (“Wow Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern all monthly subscription services offered by Wow Express, including Exterior Car Wash Subscriptions and Full-Service Car Wash Subscriptions (“Subscriptions”).

By enrolling in any Subscription, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Enrollment & Automatic Renewal

All Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew each billing cycle unless properly canceled.


By enrolling, you authorize Wow Express to charge the payment method on file for recurring monthly fees until cancellation is completed and confirmed.

3. Cancellation Requirements

All Subscription cancellations must be submitted directly to Wow Express.

To cancel a Subscription, customers must contact the car wash using one of the following methods:

Customer must contact the car wash at 727-375-5093 or email wowexpressfl@gmail.com for cancellation.


Cancellations made through banks, credit card companies, payment processors, or chargebacks do not constitute valid cancellation.

4. Cancellation Notice Period

  1. Cancellation requests must be received at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the next scheduled billing date.
  2. Requests received less than 24 hours before the billing date may result in one additional billing charge.
  3. Once canceled, the Subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Exterior Car Wash Subscriptions

  1. Exterior Car Wash Subscriptions remain valid through the end of the paid billing cycle following cancellation.
  2. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments are provided for unused washes or unused time.

6. Full-Service Car Wash Subscriptions

  1. Full-Service Car Wash Subscriptions remain valid through the end of the paid billing cycle following cancellation.
  2. Any unused services, visits, or appointments are forfeited once the billing period ends.
  3. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments are provided.

7. No Refund Policy

All Subscription fees are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Unused washes or services
  2. Missed visits or appointments
  3. Weather conditions
  4. Temporary closures
  5. Customer availability or dissatisfaction after services are available

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first properly canceling your Subscription constitutes a violation of these Terms.


The Customer remains responsible for all charges incurred prior to confirmed cancellation. This policy is intended to comply with merchant processor and card-network chargeback guidelines.

9. Changes to Terms

Wow Express reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply to all existing and future Subscriptions and will be posted on this page or made available upon request.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
