This Privacy Policy explains how Wow Express Inc. (“Wow Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit wowexpresstrinity.com, submit a form on our website, sign up for our coupons and offers, or visit our shop at 1246 Seven Springs Blvd, New Port Richey (Trinity), FL 34655.
We collect information you choose to give us through our website forms, including: your name and contact details (email address, phone number, mailing address) when you request a quote, contact us, apply for a job, or enroll a fleet; vehicle information (year, make, model, trim) when you request a service or detailing quote; employment information when you submit a job application; and company information when you apply to our fleet program. When you request a coupon, we collect your name, the email address or mobile number you provide, the coupon requested, and a record of your consent (including its date, time, and wording). Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver and secure the site.
We use your information to respond to your requests and quotes, deliver the coupons you ask for, process job and fleet applications, provide and improve our services, send marketing communications you have consented to receive, maintain records of consent as required by law, and protect the security of our website and business.
If you opt in to our text message program, we will send recurring marketing and promotional text messages (such as coupons and offers) to the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or contacting us using the details below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party. Information shared with service providers acting on our behalf (such as our text message delivery provider) is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.
If you opt in to receive marketing emails (including emailed coupons), we will send offers and updates to the email address you provide. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate — such as website hosting, form processing, and email/text delivery — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
Our website keeps a few small notes in your own browser: whether you visited in the last 24 hours (so we count visitors, not page loads), and — only after you tap one of our ads — which ad, where it was shown (for example Instagram Stories or the Facebook feed) and when, kept for up to 7 days so we can tell which ads bring in customers. These notes stay on your device, contain no name, email address or phone number, and are never sold. Our own visitor counts are anonymous totals. The Meta advertising pixel described below sets its own cookies. Emails we send may include standard delivery and open/click measurement provided by our email service so we can tell whether our messages are useful.
Some of our pages (the coupons page, the home page and our quote and fleet forms) carry the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising pixel. It tells Meta that a browser looked at one of those pages, and when a coupon is claimed, so that Meta can measure which of our ads work and show our own Wow Express ads to people likely to be interested. Meta may also read general page details, such as the page title and the prices shown. When you send a form on one of those pages (claiming a coupon, or asking for a quote or a fleet account), the pixel also sends Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of the name, email address and phone number you typed, so Meta can match it to a Facebook or Instagram account and tell us whether our ad worked. We do not upload our customer list to it. You can turn this kind of advertising off in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or with your browser’s tracking protection.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, while responding to your request, while you remain subscribed to our offers, or as required for legal and record-keeping purposes (including proof-of-consent records for marketing communications).
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including serving our website over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Our website and marketing programs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our text message program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
You may opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (unsubscribe link) at any time. You may also contact us to ask what information we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion, and we will honor reasonable requests unless we must keep the information for legal reasons.
