Your information, respected
Effective date: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wow Express Inc. (“Wow Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit wowexpresstrinity.com, submit a form on our website, sign up for our coupons and offers, or visit our shop at 1246 Seven Springs Blvd, New Port Richey (Trinity), FL 34655.
We collect information you choose to give us. On our website: your name and contact details (email address, phone number, mailing address) when you request a quote, contact us, apply for a job, or enroll a fleet; vehicle information (year, make, model, trim) when you request a service or detailing quote; employment information when you submit a job application; and company information when you apply to our fleet program. When you request a coupon, we collect your name, the email address or mobile number you provide, the coupon requested, and a record of your consent (including its date, time, and wording).
At our shop: when you fill in a Customer Card, we collect your name, address, cell phone number and email address, the messages you agree to receive, and a record of that consent (including its date, time, and wording). When your vehicle is serviced, our shop system records the visit — your name, contact details, vehicle (including its VIN, license plate and mileage) and the services done — and we use these records for the follow-ups described below, including matching your coupon sign-up to your visits so we stop coupon reminders once you have used it. Your feedback: if you rate a visit or send our manager a note from one of our emails, we keep your rating and note.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver and secure the site. Each consent record also notes the IP address and type of device used.
We use your information to respond to your requests and quotes, deliver the coupons you ask for, process job and fleet applications, provide and improve our services, send marketing communications you have consented to receive (such as coupons, offers, a welcome text, and oil-change reminders), ask how your visit went (see Section 4), measure which of our ads work and show our own ads to people who visited our website or are our customers (see Section 7), maintain records of consent as required by law, and protect the security of our website and business.
If you opt in to our text message program, we will send recurring marketing and promotional text messages (such as coupons, offers, a welcome text when you sign up, and oil-change reminders) to the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or contacting us using the details below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party. Information shared with service providers acting on our behalf (such as our text message delivery provider, and the secure email and cloud storage that hold our consent records and backups) is used only to provide those services to us.
If you opt in to receive marketing emails (including emailed coupons), we will send offers and updates to the email address you provide. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. If you agreed to emails on a Customer Card, we may also send you one short “How did we do?” email after a visit — at most once a year — with a link to stop those emails.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate — such as website hosting, form processing, email and text delivery, and secure cloud storage for our backups — and only as needed to provide those services. Our advertising partners receive only what Section 7 describes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
Our website keeps a few small notes in your own browser: whether you visited in the last 24 hours (so we count visitors, not page loads), and — only after you tap one of our ads — which ad, where it was shown (for example Instagram Stories, the Facebook feed or Google search) and when, kept for up to 7 days so we can tell which ads bring in customers. These notes contain no name, email address or phone number and are never sold. They stay on your device, except that when you claim a coupon, the ad note (which ad, where and when) is saved with your coupon request so we can tell which ad brought you in. Our own visitor counts are anonymous totals. Our advertising partners’ tags, described below, set their own cookies. Emails we send may include standard delivery and open/click measurement provided by our email service so we can tell whether our messages are useful.
Our advertising partners. We advertise on other platforms, and our advertising partners help us count visits to our website, measure which of our ads work, and show our own Wow Express ads, on their platforms and on other websites and apps, to people who visited our website or are our customers. Our current advertising partners are Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics). If we add a partner, we will add it to this list.
On our website. Our web pages carry our partners’ tags: Google’s tag is on our web pages, and the Meta pixel is on the coupons page, the page that shows a coupon we sent you, the home page and our quote and fleet forms. These tags set cookies and tell our partners when a page is viewed, a coupon is claimed or our phone number is tapped, together with general page details such as the page title and the prices shown. When you send a form on a page with the Meta pixel (claiming a coupon, or asking for a quote or a fleet account), the pixel may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of the name and email address you typed, so Meta can match it to a Facebook or Instagram account and tell us whether our ad worked. Our partners’ tags are never sent your phone number.
Advertising to past customers. We may share a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address you gave us as a customer, at our shop or on our website, with our advertising partners, which act as our service providers for this. They use it only to match it to their own accounts so we can show our own Wow Express ads to past customers and measure whether they work. We never share phone numbers for advertising. Our customer list is never sold, and you can ask us to remove you from it by contacting us.
Your choices. You can turn this kind of advertising off in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings and at myadcenter.google.com, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or use your browser’s tracking protection. To learn how Google uses information from our website, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, while responding to your request, while you remain subscribed to our offers, or as required for legal and record-keeping purposes (including proof-of-consent records for marketing communications). Every week our website removes what it no longer needs:
Some records are kept until you ask us to delete them: the vehicle and service details we use for oil-change reminders, our record of which mobile numbers agreed to our texts, your contact details with our email and text service, and messages sent through our website forms (such as quotes and job or fleet applications). If you unsubscribe, reply STOP or ask us not to contact you, we keep a short do-not-contact note so you are not contacted again. Backup copies of our records — in secure cloud storage and in the shop’s weekly records email — are kept separately, to recover from a problem and as business records: the five most recent weekly copies and one copy from each month. They are not used to contact you.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including serving our website over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Our website and marketing programs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our text message program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
You may opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (unsubscribe link) at any time. You may also contact us to ask what information we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion, and we will honor reasonable requests unless we must keep the information for legal reasons. When we delete your information, we remove it from our website, from our email and text service, and from any customer list we have shared with our advertising partners, and keep only a short do-not-contact note (your email address and/or phone number, and a scrambled tag of your name) so you are not added back by mistake. Proof-of-consent records we must keep, copies in the shop’s email, and our in-store service system are handled separately — ask us and we will tell you what remains. Backup copies made before your request are not changed, but they are not used to contact you.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised, and the current version will always be posted on this page.
