Wash Club & Subscriptions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all monthly subscription services offered by Wow Express Inc. (“Wow Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Exterior Car Wash Subscriptions and Full-Service Car Wash Subscriptions (“Subscription(s)”). By enrolling, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
All Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew each billing cycle unless properly canceled. Customer authorizes Wow Express to charge the payment method on file for all recurring fees until cancellation is confirmed.
All cancellations must be submitted directly to Wow Express. Customers must contact the car wash at (727) 375-5093 or email info@wowexpresstrinity.com for cancellation. Cancellations submitted through banks, credit card companies, chargebacks, or third-party processors do not constitute valid cancellation.
Cancellation requests must be received at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the next scheduled billing date. Requests received after this time may result in one additional billing charge. Once canceled, the Subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.
Exterior Car Wash Subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle following cancellation. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for unused washes or time.
Full-Service Car Wash Subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle following cancellation. Unused services or visits are forfeited. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued.
All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for unused services, missed visits, weather conditions, temporary closures, or customer unavailability.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without proper cancellation violates these Terms. Customer remains responsible for all charges incurred prior to confirmed cancellation. This policy is intended to comply with merchant processor and card network chargeback guidelines.
Wow Express reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply to all current and future Subscriptions.
Wow Express reserves the right to suspend or cancel any monthly subscription at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.
Wow Express reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Customers will be notified of any pricing changes prior to the new pricing taking effect. Continued use of the subscription service after the effective date of the price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Wow Express reserves the right to temporarily close the car wash, suspend services, or limit operations for holidays, severe weather, equipment repairs, maintenance, staffing issues, or other operational needs. Temporary closures or service interruptions do not entitle Customers to refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
